Playing The Bubble Going Out 10th In MTT With QQ

HI ALL

I was playing a 180 players MTT and was down to 10 players. I had been card dead and was sitting on 5900 and the blinds were 300 – 600 with a 50 anty. I wanted to just sit till the final table and increase my pay out but you can not be a punk and lay down good hands here. I was on the big blind I was delt Playing The Bubble Going Out 10th In MTT With QQ 1Playing The Bubble Going Out 10th In MTT With QQ 1 The button raised to 1800 (he had 59k) and I pushed all in. I had seen that player steal blinds before with crap so I was farly certin I was ahead. When the cards were turned over he had Playing The Bubble Going Out 10th In MTT With QQ 1Playing The Bubble Going Out 10th In MTT With QQ 1. Needles to say he hit an ace on the river and I was out. Now all that being said I think I should have folded and waited for the final table on the other hand you can not just lay that down could I have called pre flop then shoved the flop? What do you think I would love any input form any body.

I was making a training video so once it is ready I will post a link.

Stop and go may have worked – flat call him, see the flop and push all in for your remaining 4K or so if the flop looks good. No A or K and you can feel really good about your hand and he may fold. He calls with an underpair you’re still in great shape.

If your read was that he pushed with marginal hands to steal blinds then the all-in is as good a move as any other I think.
