Choose Contact Host Privately under Directions & contact on an active game. Sign in and verify your email if prompted. Private messages are available when the game is Verified or you have an active Verified player subscription.

Become a Verified player for $3.99 USD per year to contact hosts privately, even on standard games. Your subscription auto-renews yearly unless cancelled. Cancel from My account → Verified player and keep your benefits until the paid term ends. Email verification is separate and free.

Use public comments for general questions. Everyone viewing the game can read approved comments, so keep addresses, phone numbers and personal arrangements out of them.

Open My account and enter your email address. We’ll email you a sign-in code and link. Use the same email address as your existing PokerDIY account.

If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder. You can request a new code from the sign-in page.

Your listing may need moderator approval before appearing publicly. Check its status in My account.

You can also manage your existing listings from there and keep their details up to date.

Sign in and open My account → Account settings → Account deletion. Review what will happen, type DELETE and select Delete my account.

This closes your account and hides your public player profile and owned listings while retaining stored records. Read the Privacy Policy for retention details and access or correction enquiries.
