Disappointment

So upset. Stars had an update yesterday. I have never had a problem with HEM before when stars updated. This time all the hands stopped importing. It so happens, that I had decided to play a few hours without HEM. So just PS was open, and I figure it will upload into HEM later when its open. WRONG….Finally I get HEM updated, PS sends me the missing hands and I import them only to find out I am missing hands. How do I know I am missing hands you ask, well when you hit quad deuces and then another hand you hit a straight flush with multi players in the pot you seem to remember those hands. I also had watched my balance with PS while this play was going on and it increased, but when I got the hands imported I lost money.

Just so frustrating to have incomplete/incorrect records…DANG
