Portland Poker Game Verified listing

Poker player trying to find other local poker players. Friendly game. Current players skills range from "First Timers" to "Read a Couple of Books". No pro's here by any means. Just regular folks having a few beers, eating some snacks and playing Texas Hold'Em.

Pretty diverse crowd. Gamer Geeks, to Ex-Cons. Lesbians, to Business Proffesionals. Working Moms, to College Students. I can fit up to 16 people at two tables. First come, first serve for the available seats. Usually host between 6 - 12 people. I would like to that number to average 12-16. We play Sunday evenings at 6:30. The Donation or "Buy In" is cheap, and you can only re-donate or "Re-Buy" once. 1st and 2nd for 7 players or less. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for 15 players or less. There will only be a Fourth Place if we have sixteen players. No House.

My music es here, and I DON'T listen to Rap, R&B, Disco, Top 40 tunes, Light Jazz, Techno, or any other trendy crap out there these days. So don't ask. Mostly I listen to Punk, Rock-A-Billy, Swing, Old Blues, Old Country, and a few guilty pleasures. If that's not cool, you're more than welcome to bring your i-Pod. I try to serve a little something to eat at each of these tounaments, but that's not gaurenteed. If you feel obliged to pitch in, that is appreciated, but don't feel like you shouldn't join in if you can't bring something. Sound like fun? Let me know.
