I deleted the PTM icon from my desktop and now can’t start PTM

If you accidentally erase (not uninstall) the PTM icon and can’t load it, you will need to uinstall and reinstall PTM (you will unfortunately lose your saved configurations – please contact us if this is a real problem). 

Your computer sometimes gets into a muddle and you may not see the “Install onto this computer” option on the PokerDIY Tourney Manager web version whilst right-clicking.

In this case your computer thinks that PTM is installed and hence does not show you the option, so you need to uninstall it from your computer first. 

To do this, uninstall it completely (Add Remove Programs in Windows XP or Programs and Features in Windows 7) and reinstall it from here
