Looking for local players, I can travel or host
I often host tournaments where dealers get $1 per buy-in and drinks for their services. (Dealer can be anyone of any skill - even if they haven't dealed before, all skills of players welcomed as well).
Buy-ins, add-ons, and rebuys are determined by those interested in an upcoming game. We often play THNL.
