One more thing. Bad beats happen to good players more than bad players because good players get there money in ahead in the hand. Ask yourself if you would make the same move to get all in again, if the answer is yes let it go you did the right thing. If the answer is no rethink you strategy. Just a thought.

Great point. I can think back on times when I was patiencet and it payed off and times when I acted to quickley and lost all my booty.

I have had so many bad beats on Fulltilt it a sin. I played 25 sng over aperiod of 4 days and lost over half of those to bad beats it seems like when u win1 sn you can win another until youve paid your dues like losing back most of the money youve won to bad beats

Bad beats are part of life as a poker player. The way I deal with them is to simply say "nh" and then take a breather before getting stuck back in. Don't let it get under your skin, and remember, you havnt won the pot unless you have the nuts...
