Why rakeback is so important.

Why is rakeback important?
If you’re like many online poker players, you know what rakeback is, but you probably don’t fully understand the impact it has on your game, and your profitability. Most of us just want to play some poker, and hopefully win some money.
Since online poker sites take the rake automatically, many people don’t even know they are being charged. So not only must you beat the other players at the table, you also have to beat the rake. In fact, a player who would otherwise be profitable quickly becomes a ‘losing player’ mainly because of the house rake. Almost 50% of all online poker players fit into this category!
When you introduce rakeback (reclaiming a percentage of the house rake) into the equation, many players find they’ve been transformed into profitable winning poker players. And if you are already making a small profit, earning rakeback adds a fat bonus to your profit every month.
How much can I make from rakeback?
Since the amount you get paid is a percentage of the money the house charged you in rake, the stakes you play and number of hands affect the size of your payment. A casual low limit player can make a few hundred extra dollars a month, while a pro (or any higher level player) can make $5,000-$10,000+.
Most online poker players fail to grasp the extent of the negative impact the house rake has on their overall performance. As poker players, we all strive to find those edges, and make decisions that are +EV. So if you’re not taking advantage of rakeback, you’ve already made a very poor –EV decision before the cards are even dealt! The rake is like a silent assassin creeping up on your profit, or making your losses worse, without you ever noticing it.
The best way to combat the rake and its negative effects on your bankroll is via rakeback deals. These deals offer you the same benefits as a good sign-up bonus, and in fact often result in much greater bonus, and they never expire. Once you sign up to a rakeback deal, you’ll be enjoying reduced rake for the rest of your stay at the poker room.
So if you’re playing without getting rakeback, you’re making a huge mistake. In fact, getting rakeback is probably the most important lesson an online poker player can learn. If you’re not currently making rakeback, you are leaving real money on the table month after month, regardless of your level or which stakes you play.
How do I start getting rakeback?
Just as with online poker rooms, the number of rakeback sites available are enormous. And like poker rooms, there are some that are better than others. A top quality rakeback site will offer at least 25%-33% rakeback, with other offers available, including freerolls and cash bonuses and will cover a wide range of poker rooms. www.BankrollBoosters.com is a rakeback site offering the best rakeback and bonuses out there. But whichever rakeback site you choose, be sure to at least join one so you stop leaving money on the table – and start adding it to your bottom line.

Rakeback is important because apart from having it as an additional earnings, players get to have their share of the rake they paid. In short, it is just like acquiring a piece of one’s share for playing poker.
