Former PRO membership

The former PRO plans are not currently available to buy or renew. The old instructions for selecting a plan, paying through PayPal and receiving a membership upgrade no longer describe a current purchase process.

Game listings are free. For an earlier purchase, check your original payment confirmation and any record in My orders.

League PRO was a former paid membership, not a current product. The old arrangement in which a league owner paid to unlock features for a league is historical.

The current site does not offer those paid league features, and no paid membership is required to find or list poker games.

No current League PRO trial is offered. The one-month trial, ad-free period and annual upgrade described in the old FAQ belonged to the former membership product.

You can find and list poker games for free without starting a trial or buying a membership.

Email PokerDIY support with your question. For an earlier payment, include an order or payment reference if you have one, but do not send card numbers or passwords.

Only Verified listings can receive private messages. For a Verified game, choose Contact Host Privately in its Directions & contact section for the exact address or personal arrangements. On standard listings, the private-contact button takes you to Public comments. Use public comments for general questions other players can read, and keep personal contact details out of them.

The former PRO FAQs advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee and said other refund requests would be reviewed individually. The former membership is no longer offered.

If you made a purchase, check the terms and confirmation that applied when you paid. You can also check any recorded purchase in My orders. Contact PokerDIY support with the order or payment reference so the request can be reviewed.

This historical notice does not change the terms of an earlier purchase or determine whether a refund is due.

Yes. Finding games and listing your own game on PokerDIY are free. You must sign in with a verified email address to submit a listing; no paid listing package or membership is required.

You can find poker games, read poker articles and list your own game for free. To list and manage games, sign in with a verified email address.

Your account also provides access to your player profile, messages and saved listings. Former league scoreboards, Facebook scoreboard embeds and paid PRO features are not offered by the current site.

PokerDIY retains relevant order, billing and transaction records. These may include the amount, currency, payment reference, payment status and billing or contact information. That is different from storing a full card number.

Enter payment details only through an identified payment provider's checkout. Do not send card numbers or passwords in messages or support requests.

Player PRO and League PRO were former PokerDIY membership plans. League PRO included additional league-management features beyond the Player PRO plan.
