I prefer Full Tilt as far as my winning percentage goes. It's seems to be the opposite for me, I have taken more bad beats on Stars than Tilt. However, it's such a pain to get your money from Full Tilt. I have had to pay people in the past to transfer my funds from Full Tilt to Stars to cash out. What a hassle.....
